Tools — overview

The assistant doesn’t just answer questions — it acts: it searches vaults, reads documents, calls APIs. To do that it has tools at its disposal — built-in ones, ones configured by administrators, and external ones via MCP. This area is the catalog: which tools exist, what they’re for, and how to set up the configurable ones.
