Data sovereignty & dedicated instance

All

CompanyWizard is deliberately single-tenant: a dedicated instance for your company only — not a shared cloud where your content sits alongside that of others. Data sovereignty here is not a promise but the result of several interlocking layers.

Your data at the core, surrounded by the control layers: dedicated instance, your own model key, PII shield, RBAC. Your data at the core, surrounded by the control layers: dedicated instance, your own model key, PII shield, RBAC.
  • Dedicated instance — your data lives in your instance, not in a shared tenant. You decide on location and operation.
  • Your own model, your own key (BYO) — you choose the AI provider and use your key; with local models (Ollama) even the inference stays in-house (Bring your own model).
  • PII shield — detected personal data only leaves the instance as placeholders while the protection is switched on; this is risk reduction, not a guarantee (The PII shield).
  • RBAC — within the instance, roles, departments and confidentiality control who sees what (RBAC & confidentiality levels).

You have the choice of where the instance runs:

  • Self-hosted — you operate everything yourself (desktop or your own API/container). Maximum control.
  • Managed operation (by evanto, Site only) — evanto operates your instance dedicated per customer; for processing personal data a DPA then applies.

In both cases it remains your instance — Managed operation means operated, not shared.

Especially for mid-sized companies and regulated industries, it is decisive that company knowledge does not end up in someone else’s multi-tenant model. CompanyWizard makes data sovereignty an architectural principle — not an option.
