Admin tab: Appearance / white-label
AdminThe Administration → Customization tab makes CompanyWizard your own brand: color, logos, name, login texts and legal links can all be adjusted (white-label). You find it in the System & Legal group.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”| Setting | Effect |

| Legal links: Imprint URL, Privacy Policy URL | your own imprint and privacy pages; the links appear in the login page footer and in the About dialog. If a field is left empty, the evanto documents are shown. |
Uploading logos
Section titled “Uploading logos”- Allowed formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, .webp, at most 2 MB per file.
- A preview appears after the upload. Remove below it takes the logo out again; CompanyWizard then shows the bundled default logo.
Saving and resetting
Section titled “Saving and resetting”- Only Save Changes applies the settings. Afterwards you see “Changes saved successfully.” or “Failed to save changes.”
- Reset to Defaults resets every field — including both logos and both legal links — and saves immediately, without confirmation. The login texts are then set to the English default texts.
Limits & notes
Section titled “Limits & notes”- Admin-only; changes take effect system-wide for all users — including the login page, i.e. before anyone signs in.
- A custom favicon, a second logo for dark mode or further colors cannot be set.
