Admin tab: Usage statistics (tokens & cost)

Admin

The Usage admin tab (group Monitoring & Diagnostics) shows LLM usage over a selectable period. It is read-only and helps you keep an eye on cost and load.

Metrics

Section titled “Metrics”

Four metric tiles summarize the selected period: Total tokens, estimated cost (USD), total requests and average latency (seconds).

Below that:

  • Daily trend – bar chart of daily token usage (with individual date labels for ≤ 14 days).
  • Model breakdown – usage per model as horizontal bars with a percentage.
  • User table – per user: email, tokens, estimated cost, requests, average latency and the most-used model.

Period

Section titled “Period”

Use the From and To dates to narrow the evaluation period (default: last 30 days). The evaluation updates automatically when you change it.

Limits & notes

Section titled “Limits & notes”
  • Requires the Administrator role.
  • The cost is an estimate based on the stored model prices — the authoritative billing always comes from the respective model provider. → Bring your own Model
  • Currently no export button.
