Admin tab: Company prompts

The Administration → Prompts tab maintains the company-wide (global) prompt templates. They appear for all users in the Prompt library marked as “Global” and are read-only there.

Fields

Per template: Title, Category and Content (with {{name}} placeholders that are prompted for when applied in chat). Creating, editing and deleting all happens centrally here.

Distinction

• The system prompt applies in every chat and is not selectable (agents have their own). → System prompt
• Own prompts are created by users themselves. → Prompt library

Limits & notes

• Admin-only; for users these templates are read-only.
