Admin tab: Audit log (PII)
AdminThe Administration → Logs → PII Audit Logs tab shows the PII audit trail: when the PII shield detected personal data and in what context. This supports evidence and accountability obligations. What the PII shield does functionally is explained in The PII shield.
Content & operation
Section titled “Content & operation”- Toggle: store the pseudonymized LLM input (for later review) — enable deliberately.
- Filters: user, PII type, source, period.
- Table: timestamp, user, PII types, count, source, session; “View input” per entry.
Limits & notes
Section titled “Limits & notes”- Admin-only.
- The pseudonymized input is logged (not the cleartext data); storing is optional and should follow internal data-protection policies.
- Requires a reachable PII service. → Set up Presidio
