All

⚖️ Not legal advice. Plain-language summary; what is binding is evanto’s AI literacy material as well as Art. 4 of the AI Act.

The AI Act requires deployers to ensure that their users have sufficient AI literacy (Art. 4, applicable since February 2025). This starter covers the essentials and can be passed on as an onboarding handout or in-app help article (reading time approx. 5 min).

What CompanyWizard is — and what it is not

Section titled “What CompanyWizard is — and what it is not”

CompanyWizard is an AI assistant based on large language models. It helps with writing, analyzing and researching — it is not a fact oracle and makes no decisions for you.

Language models generate text based on probabilities. This often sounds convincing but can be factually wrong (“hallucination”). Rule: always double-check important results — especially figures, quotations and legal and technical statements.

Currency and knowledge cutoff can be limited (check sources). Do not adopt legal, tax or medical statements unchecked. When unsure: ask back, request a source — the human decides.

The PII shield helps detect personal data but does not replace your judgment. Only enter data you are authorized to use, and follow your company’s internal rules. → The PII shield

Give context (role, goal, audience); state the task clearly (one per request); specify the format (“bullet points”, “table”, “300 words”); iterate instead of rewriting. → Prompt library

Check and edit AI outputs, verify sources, and where applicable label on publication (AI image labeling). Do not generate prohibited content; for consequential decisions (personnel, credit, access to services) a human always decides.
