Company login (signing in with your company account)
UserOn the sign-in page you may see two tabs:
- Code login — signing in with a one-time passcode by email (or SMS), as described in First sign-in.
- Company login — signing in with your company / Windows account (username + password).
The “Company login” tab appears only when your administration has enabled company sign-in (LDAP/Active Directory). If you don’t see it, simply sign in with a code.
What happens on your first company login
Section titled “What happens on your first company login”There is one account per person. If you sign in via company login for the first time and already had an account with the same email address, the same account is reused — no second profile is created. Your overview looks just as before; your account is simply now linked to your company account.
Both paths stay available: you can still sign in with a code afterwards, without creating a second account.
Your rights and role
Section titled “Your rights and role”Your role and permissions come from your IT — they follow from your groups in the company directory (AD) and are not yours to choose. If you think you have too few (or too many) rights, contact your administration.
When sign-in fails
Section titled “When sign-in fails”If the credentials are wrong, you get one generic error message — for security reasons it does not reveal whether the username or the password was wrong. Check both and try again; these are the same credentials as on your workplace computer.
