Share a response with colleagues

You don’t have to copy a helpful AI response — share it directly with colleagues via Messaging.

Step by step

Section titled “Step by step”
  1. Select the response — in the chat, go to the AI response you want and invoke its Share action.
  2. Choose a recipient — pick an existing conversation, or add a person via ”+ New chat” (the People tab).
  3. Send — the response appears in the conversation history; add a short note if you like.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • Messaging covers one-to-one and group chats; you can share AI responses and knowledge articles.
  • From Pro onwards: in the Free edition the Messaging menu item is hidden. You share with colleagues in desktop server mode or with Site (web).
  • Agents in a dialogue — besides people, you can also pick an agent as your counterpart in the Agents tab.
