Your profile: details for the assistant
UserIn your profile you set how the assistant should talk to you and what it should know about you: name, role, preferred language and tone, plus free-form context. CompanyWizard passes these details along in every chat — you don’t have to explain them again each time.
Opening your profile
Section titled “Opening your profile”Click the person icon at the bottom of the sidebar (tooltip “Edit your profile”). The “Your Profile” page opens. The details apply to you only.
Assistant persona
Section titled “Assistant persona”In the “Assistant persona” section you describe the assistant’s tone, role and behaviour in the “Persona markdown” field — for example “answer briefly in bullet points” or “explain technical terms”.
- Save persona applies your changes.
- Reset to template replaces your version, after a confirmation, with the template the administration has set up. Your previous version cannot be recovered afterwards.
About you
Section titled “About you”The “About you” section has four fields — Name, Role, Preferred language and Preferred tone — and below them the “Notes and additional context” field for everything else, for example your area of work, typical documents or your team’s technical terms.
- Save applies your changes.
- Clear resets, after a confirmation, all fields and the free text to the default template.
What chat makes of it
Section titled “What chat makes of it”CompanyWizard places your details directly after the administration’s system prompt — first the persona, then “About you”, then your personal memory. Agents do not use the profile.
This only applies while the “Enable Personal Memory (master switch)” switch is on in the system settings (default: on). If it is off, the profile has no effect; the profile page shows no notice about this.
- Keep it short. How much of the persona and “About you” reaches the chat is limited by a budget the administration sets in the system settings. Below both editors the profile page shows where you stand, for example “1,250 / 4,800 characters (chat budget)”. For “About you”, name, role, language and tone count too.
- Over the budget, a yellow notice appears. Your text is still saved, but the chat leaves out trailing paragraphs: whatever is at the bottom, such as your notes, is dropped first. So put the important parts near the top.
- Over twice the budget, a red notice appears (“Too long to save: at most … characters.”). Saving is then refused, in the web version and the desktop app alike.
- Only enter lasting details. Anything that changes often is better placed in the individual question.
