The problem with shared AI
Most AI services are multi-tenant: many customers share the same infrastructure, separated only by software logic. One misconfiguration, one gap in the separation, and data sits closer together than you would like.
Then there is the silent drain: prompts and documents mined to improve someone else’s models. What has once left the building is hard to pull back.
One instance per customer
CompanyWizard is provisioned per customer — as a web application in your environment or as a desktop app for Windows and macOS. Other companies’ data does not live in the same system and is therefore technically unreachable.
On the desktop, everything can run locally: model calls to a local Ollama, the index on your own disk, no network required.
